Meeting Minutes
April 23, 2013
The meeting was opened at 6:00 p.m.

Old Business
FY2014 Revaluation- Budd told Sandy that the contract for Patriot Properties was extended for the FY2014. Carrie reported she had not yet mailed the copy back.
Normal Business:
- Minutes – The minutes for the April 16, 2013 were read and accepted.
- Monthly Abatements – Abatements for April were reviewed and signed
- RE & PP Abatements – Executive session opened 6:10 p.m. closed 6:25 p.m
ATB – Carrie told the board that Sprint case is still open and a contact person has been given by the Massachusetts Assessing Association Office.
- Office work - Carrie requested vacation for the last week of May and the last week of June. Kathy was asked to cover the office.
New Business:
6:30 p.m. Kevin Foucher and/or Pamela King would like to address the board to discuss the timeframe taken to process their motor vehicle abatement.
No one came to address this issue with the board.
At 6:38 p.m. Budd motioned to adjourn the meeting. Sandy seconded the motion. All were in favor.
